June 29th ~ Brown Bag Lunch Workshops at Athens Arts, 12:00 – 1:00, FREE
Topic: Modern Craft Brewing: A discussion and experience of ultimate product control, after a brief history of beer, you will hear about the processes involved in converting grain into libation. There will be an assortment of grain “teas” for tasting, hops for smelling and finally a few home brews for a sensory evaluation.
July 1st ~ Live Music / First Fridays Downtown, 7:30 – 9:00 pm, FREE
Come out to enjoy live music downtown at the Marie Canine Plaza.
July 3rd – Civic Band Performing at The Lane Place, 3:00pm, FREE
Grab a lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy a FREE performance by the Crawfordsville Civic Band, a group of talented musicians under the leadership of Conductor Gary Ketchum. Performance is held at the Pattison Pavilion on the grounds of the Lane Place.
July 3rd – Third Annual Car Show at Lake Waveland, ALMOST FREE
Registration from 11:00am-1:00pm
$5.00 per registered vehicle
*Show participants and spectators will also pay our standard gate fee to enter the park, which is $7.00 per vehicle only applies to the primary vehicle and does not apply to vehicles on trailers.
