Calendar of Events Call for Submissions

The Montgomery County Visitors Bureau wants to know about your local upcoming events! The Bureau is now in the process of gathering information for its October – December 2014 Calendar of Events. Organizations in Montgomery County with events of interest to visitors that will be taking place during these months are being asked to contact the Visitors Bureau as soon as possible to be included in this FREE publication.

These brochures will be distributed statewide, out of state and made available locally. The Calendar will be included as part of the mailing packet the Visitors Bureau sends in response to information requests. Events will be listed on the hereas well as on its Facebook page and Twitter feed for maximum online visibility.

Please contact the Visitors Bureau by calling 362-5200, faxing 362-5212, or e-mailing request@198.46.89.184 no later than Friday, September 19 to be included. Organizations must list the name of each event, dates, hours, location, admission fees, a short description of each event and contact person (including address and phone).

The Calendar of Events is produced by the Montgomery County Visitor & Convention Bureau Inc., a not-for-profit organization. The quarterly publication is part of the bureau’s regular promotional efforts to bring visitors into our community.
