Morgan Morris

Operations and Financial Manager, Montgomery County Visitors & Convention Bureau

Montgomery County has been Morgan’s home since the day she was born. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology in 2008. She currently serves as the Operations/Social Media and Financial Manager for the Montgomery County Visitors & Convention Bureau. The office is responsible for promoting the destination brand experience and the development of communities and businesses for leisure and event travelers. MCVCB puts an emphasis on generating overnight stays, to increase visitor spending and achieving a great county quality of life.

 Before joining the MCVCB, Morgan had stayed home with her son up until the age of 9 months. She has worked in several customer service positions from serving tables, to front desk staff at Athena Sport & Fitness and All Smiles Dental.  She now has a new found appreciation for her community. Having been at the MCVCB for over a year, she graduated from the Montgomery County Leadership Academy in the fall of 2018, and is currently interning for the Youth Service Bureau for the next six months.

 Morgan and her husband, Landon, live in northeast Montgomery County with their two year old son, Harrison. She has her own online health and fitness business, and is a certified BeachBody Live! TurboKick and PiYO Instructor and currently teaches classes in Darlington. As a family, they love to be  active outdoors, and take family trips to new places.
