Authentic Italian Cuisine Comes to Crawfordsville

Noon rolled around and I made my way out of the office and down the way to Crawfordsville’s newest addition, Valentino Italian Cuisine, located at 127 East Main Street.  Pass through the grey door and prepare to be impressed.  Looking immediately to the right will confirm you’ve made it to the right place.      image2

Once inside I was warmly greeted by Chef, Yusmin and her son, Michelangelo.  Yusmin then began to bring to my table samples of her lasagna, four cheese penne, pasta fagioli soup and foccocia bread.  While image1 (2)I enjoyed my samples, a steady stream of customers flowed through the dining room, all of which shouted back to the kitchen their appreciation on their way out.

Yusmin and her husband, Valentino own Valentino’s Farm located off US 136 where you can purchase farm fresh seasonal vegetables.  With the opening of Valentino Italian Cuisine you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine made with fresh ingredients and prepared daily.

Valentino FarmWhile the dining room is cozy, offering seating for approximately 20, catering and carry out is also available.  Open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm serving lunch and dinner.  Don’t miss out on this truly Uniquely MoCo experience.
